|
Dr. Shadi Al khateeb, an Associate Professor, is currently the Head of both the Department of Materials Engineering and the Department of Basic Engineering Sciences. He completed three years of postdoctoral research at the University of Utah and the University of Florida in the United States of America. He was granted a fund from the Arab Fund Fellowship program - Kuwait, and postdoctoral research fund from the Scientific and Innovation Support Fund - Jordan, respectively. Dr. Shadi Al khateeb earned his Ph.D. in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK, in 2009, where he was dispatched by Al-Balqa Applied University and was rewarded an ORS scholarship covering the PhD tuition fees. He received his master's and bachelor's degrees in materials and metallurgical engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University, with an excellent grade. Additionally, he holds a patent registered in the United States of America and has published several research papers in first category international journals.
